"In December 2023 I booked a session with Ginny after listening to both an interview with her, and her own podcast episodes. Although the information I received at the session was heavy to hear, it felt it was right from the start. I never met anyone who could meet and see me on this level. Since March 2024 I’ve participated in Monday classes, mostly listening to the replays since I live in a totally different time zone. I thought it would be a little less effective to not be able to join in live. I’m happy to say I was wrong!
The classes provide both healing, everyday tools to use and deep sharing of experiences from Ginny and participants. I knew I had to do the work, just as you need to exercise if you hire a PT. So I've intended to do my best.
For most of my adult life, I’ve done different types of spiritual and psychological work, with different outcomes.
